How do I create a health plan?

 If you are asking yourself this question, try working through these steps

Which species of pets are we targetting for this health plan?

How many of each of these species are currently 'Active clients'?

Hint: count a client as 'Active' if you have seen the pet in the last 18 months.

For each species, write a list of what you wish to cover in their plan

Disregarding discounts/costs etc. Choose the Products and services you would like to include in your plan

Check with some loyal clients and staff that those products and services are what THEY would want to pay for

Add each of the products, their list price, any discounts you receive, your intended mark up etc.

Add the additional services, ensure you are covering the costs of these services with your pricing point
